v26.7.28 的 XHTTP 默认 maxConnections 已减少到了 3，该版本也修复了 iOS 审核问题，另外我好奇俄罗斯能用 XMC 协议翻墙吗 关于 stable release，目前主要还有 REALITY 服务端更新、TUN 修 DNS 泄露、Freedom 的逻辑简化这三件事，做完了才会标 latest
